Yes, all the participants who participate in the entire duration of the conference will be provided with a ‘Certificate of Participation’  

Yes, all the paper presenters will be provided with a certificate for presentation and participation.

When will you communicate the paper acceptance or rejection status to the authors? Will it be    communicated individually?

The status has already been communicated and the communication is addressed individually to all corresponding authors. 

No, there will not be any e-certificates, but on specific and individual requests (only in writing), the conference committee may decide on giving a certificate on exceptional cases. 

Certificate will be provided on the day of the scheduled presentation of authors, but only after the session or in the evening of that day. 

Are there any guidelines for presentation like time limit, number of speakers for a team, and number of slides etc?

Yes, the time limit for presentation is 15 minutes followed by another 5 minutes for Questions & Answers. A maximum of 3 members per paper are allowed. The slides may be restricted to 15. 

No, we do not accept on-line payments. All payments will have to be either in the form of a Demand Draft (DD) or Cheque favoring ‘Indian Institute of Management Bangalore’ and the DDs are payable at Bangalore. 

Can the registration and accommodation fee be paid at the campus when the paper presenters and participants report for the conference? 

Yes, it is possible to pay only the fee for conference registration at the campus (at the registration desk). But for the accommodation, the necessary fee will compulsorily have to be paid immediately by Cheque or Demand Draft (DD) as the accommodation is on ‘first come first served basis’ The Cheques or Demand Draft will have to be drawn favoring ‘Indian Institute of Management Bangalore’ and the DDs are payable at Bangalore.

Can a single Cheque or a Demand Draft (DD) be given for both the registration fee and for accommodation?

Yes, both the payments can be accepted for one paper only irrespective of the number of authors for that paper. But, each author will have to register and book the accommodation separately, but the amount can be combined and issued as one single Cheque. A single DD or Cheque will not be accepted for multiple papers.
