1. All  participants should submit this Registration Form.

• 8th Annual International Conference on Public Policy and Management
• Name of the participant
• Participant contact number

3. On the spot Registrations on 12 August 2013 will be held between 8:00 am and 9:30 am. 

Requirements for Registration:

All participants are required to bring a proof of identity to the conference. Any of the following proofs of identity can be presented:

• PAN card
• Drivers License
• College Identity Card
• Visiting Card

Members of the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore will be exempt from the registration fee.
